With over nineteen years of metal detection and x-ray experience, Regal Packaging Inc. offers a unique, knowledge based service to customers interested in contaminant detection or quality inspection systems and services.

For the past seven years, we manufacture our own product line of Metal Detector verification devices in the form of test rods and test cards. Items include: Ferrous, Non-Ferrous & Stainless Steel (316) metals. The configuration of the test rods can come in a variety of shapes and sizes.

Regal test rods and test cards have been designed to be used during the calibration of metal detectors in the food and pharmaceutical industries. Regal test rods are made of translucent high visibility color which makes them easy to recognize against food products. Each of the products manufactured come with a batch code listing. This is traceable to ABMA or NIST standards.
