Shipping Hours
Shipping hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am – 3:00pm CST. Orders received after 3:00pm CST will be processed the following business day (this includes overnight order requests)
How do I get Certificates?
Certificates are always FREE, however, they are not sent automatically unless requested (make a note in the Order Notes at Checkout). Once you have the test pieces, you can login with your account and download the certificates or email testrods@testrods.com. Please include the certificate numbers as engraved on the test pieces.
Need to use a PO?
We do not accept POs on the website. Please email your PO to testrods@testrods.com or call us at 866-691-8560.
Canadian Customs Fees & Duties
Customs fees and duties for orders to Canada are always the responsibility of the customer. It is not possible to calculate those fees in advance and include them in your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
